Our Team

Edan Marri R. Cañete

As Chief Operating Officer at PJS Corporate Support, Inc. (PJS CSI), Edan is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and reports directly to the CEO and Managing Director.

From 2016 to 2019, Edan was an associate of PJS Law, the affiliate law firm of PJS CSI. While in PJS Law, Edan acted as legal counsel for a number of notable mergers and acquisitions, and assisted in the compulsory notification of both local and global transactions (with Philippine nexus) with the Philippine Competition Commission. Edan has also helped companies establish their business presence in the Philippines, providing assistance in their applications with the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory bodies, as well as general corporate housekeeping services.

She received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015. Prior to PJS Law, Edan has worked with both private and government organizations while enrolled in the UP College of Law’s evening program.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the UP School of Economics in 2006.
